Celebrity Look of the Week: Stars Draw Eyes Down with Crazy Skirts [Photos, Poll]

This week celebrities drew the eye to their skirts, donning intricate styles — from ruffles and high-cut slits to silk folds — below the belt.
Amber Heard — always a champion of quirky styles — posed backstage at the 2011 ESPY awards in a Vivienne Westwood frock from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection and Salvatore Ferragamo platform pumps. She wore her hair in a loose upswept ‘do — which, along with her lack of jewelry, beautifully accented her toned and tanned shoulders.
Emma Watson flounced a Bottega Veneta Fall 2011 corset gown at the New York premiere of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.” She went all-out with Lorraine Schwartz accessories, donning the ‘Rock Floral’ ring and bauble earrings. With her cropped hair in a gelled part, Watson was a vision of high fashion.
Li BingBing donned a Diane von Furstenberg ‘Anais’ halter top and ‘Isela’ skirt from the Fall 2011 collection at a New York screening of “Snowflower and the Secret Fan.” She completed the look with lace peep-toes and silver earrings. Her loose bun did not distract from the intricate ruffle on the neckline.
