This week celebrities drew the eye to their skirts, donning intricate styles — from ruffles and high-cut slits to silk folds — below the belt.
Amber Heard — always a champion of quirky styles — posed backstage at the 2011 ESPY awards in a Vivienne Westwood frock from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection and Salvatore Ferragamo platform pumps. She wore her hair in a loose upswept ‘do — which, along with her lack of jewelry, beautifully accented her toned and tanned shoulders.
